Unused, unopened, and sealed products may be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Wigs & Hair Extensions

Wigs and hair extensions may only be returned if they are unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.

The following actions make items non-returnable:

Styling, colouring, washing, or wearing

Odours, damage, or removal of tags/seals

For hygiene reasons, tried-on or worn wigs cannot be refunded.
4. Salon, Braiding & Spa Services

All salon, braiding, and spa services are non-refundable once completed.

If you are unhappy with a service, you must notify us within 24 hours of your appointment.

Where appropriate, we may offer a correction or adjustment at our discretion. No cash refunds are given for completed services.
5. Deposits & Cancellations

All booking deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits are used to secure your appointment time and cover preparation costs.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase or delivery.
